General Rules:
1. Do not use my color,

, unless referring to someone being scum.2. If you believe a mod error has been made or you disagree with any action I took, please PM me immediately. VC errors, if they happen, can be noted publicly.
3. Please bold all questions or requests to the Mod.
3.1. I won't answer any questions about other player's role.
3.2. I will answer the private questions privately and the public ones publicly.
3.3. If you have any questions about your role pm , please ask them privately.
4. After your death, you may post one content less “Bah” post.
5. You may not quote private communication of any kind, including (real or fabricated) Moderator-supplied information. Paraphrasing is acceptable.
5.1. You may not quote private topic or other out-of-game discussion (such as Hydra chats) in the public game thread, regardless of if the quotes are real or fabricated. Paraphrasing is acceptable.
5.2. You can always copy and paste the full content of your own posts (outside of moderator communication) so long as it does not contain any links to where it came from or any timestamps or any other kind of marks and labels.
5.3. You may only ever paraphrase posts by other players and this is also subject to the same link/timestamp/label restriction.
6. Do not talk about this game anywhere else unless I have specified it is permitted such as in a private topic. This includes messaging other players.
7. Do not discuss the ongoing games.
8. Do not play against the spirit of the rules or of the game. Personal attacks will not be tolerated.
9. No invisible/small/encrypted text allowed.
10. This rule set is subject to change at any time. If a change is made mid-game, it will be announced in-thread by the mod.
11. Any Violation to the General rules or Site rules may result in force replacing or Mod Killing you. Please be careful about what your doing.
12. In the event I make a mistake that cannot be corrected (revealing a flip when a slot is at L-1), then we will roll with it. I'm human.
Voting and Deadline Rules:
1. Votes should be made using bolded text (
Vote: Terror is the universal scum
) in an obvious manner or preferably with a vote tag VOTE: Terror is the universal scum. You can also vote for no lynch. Voting the mod, in any manner, is equivalent to voting for no lynch.1.1. Unvotes when changing votes are not necessary.
1.2. Votes made inside quoted or spoilered text will not be counted.
1.3. I won't guess at votes, but if I think you intended a vote, I'll count it.
2. A lynch (or no lynch) occurs when a simple majority is reached. If deadline is reached without a simple majority, a no lynch occurs.
3. All days have a deadline of 14 days. I may extend this in rare circumstances due to replacements, holidays, mod afk.
4. When a player is lynched, all the players may continue to post until I announce the flip. This includes the lynched slot.
4.1. Town can post after lynch in this setup. If they are venged however, they may not post. This is a nightless game.
5. Each night will end after 48 hours and no sooner.
5.1. The countdown for a night deadline will not start while a replacement is being sought out.
6. This is nightless. Scum have daytalk. The only "night" phase will be for scum vengekills. Vengekills are meant to be submitted immediately. If not submitted in 48 hours, I will randomize a town to shoot.
6.1. Scum can venge players previously lynched.
6.2. Venged town can no longer talk in thread.
7. In the case of five consecutive phases with no deaths, all factions who have not yet achieved their win condition will lose.
8. There are no mechanics that alter voting power. This is an open setup.
Activity Rules:
1. A prod PM will be issued if any player does not post in the main game thread for 48 hours.
1.1. Prods will be announced in-thread.
1.2. You have 24 hours to pick up your prod either by posting or PM (if at night). After this time, I may begin seeking a replacement.
1.3. I may send out a mass prod at my discretion if I feel the game stalls without counting it against any given player.
1.4. I do not count repeated "prod dodges". You get one free prod dodge before I stop counting them. A prod dodge is a post that has no game relevant content intended to dodge a prod/replace only.
2. If you show up with a game advancing post before announcing the replacement in thread you may continue the game.
3. I may seek replacement immediately without waiting 24 hours if a player receives three or more than three prods.
4. If you plan to be gone for over 48 hours, please announce that you will be V/LA in-thread (or by PM, if at night).
4.1. For long V/LA's , I expect you to post at least each four days. the prod function will be applied normally at fifth day and I might replace you at sixth day. This is not about me not understanding you might have real life problem . Its because the other players in game might suffer from the long disappearance and as a Moderator I'm responsible for keeping my game active and fun.
4.2. If you claim to go against wincondition, I will force replace you. You may self-vote or other anti-town behavior if you believe it furthers your wincondition.
Too Cute By Half Rules:
1. Each player, aside from Day 0, can only post on odd or even days. This is fixed by the players and permanent. This decision must be made before rolecards come out.
2. Each player will have the ability to talk to their partner in their own PT.
3. Scum have daychat due to the setup being nightless.
4. Scum PTs will only neighborize the scums that can talk on that given day.
5. There are no PRs in this setup.
6. Heads that cannot post in the main thread are not subject to official prods.
7. All heads that fail to meet prods are to be replaced individually.
8. The goal of this setup is for each player to be able to learn something about scumhunting or scumplaying from a partner. I'd love feedback on how well this was achieved, or not, post game.
