In this game, it's quite likely. Even if Vig claims D1, jailkeeper could jail scum, or even claim itself so that Mafia are forced to shoot it or they are forced with another hard situation- having a Jailkeeper alive at N2, especially a hidden one. So it's likely the vig will live through N1- and remember, mafia only prevent the extra mislynch with one shot.

If LYLO is vig/JK/Maf, I think Town deserve the win. Although Jailkeeper is CCable.
