I don't think your play was very good, I think it was alright and better than the other 3 people who rolled scum and that is it. If I wasn't hammered while I was away, there was a big case coming, but whatevs. You were playing a legit scum strat, but I don't blame people who haven't used that strat for not picking up on it.
Also yes, this setup was /very/ townsided. I think the only thing that made it okay was all of the kill wifom that alisae said wasn't intentional (:giggle:) and people not understanding setup spec.
I think you underestimate how hard it was to get townread while pushing scum wincon that hard.
Oh, you were in an awful position, definitely. Gerry was lock scum to anyone with a brain and osuka had just basically fosd us and done jack squat else while chain defending gerry. I think the optimal play there was bussing gerry, but yes, the setup makes that very hard. Short version, you played in an "altruistic" way, but in a scummy version of that, but I probably only saw that because I play very similarly to that when I'm scum sometimes though probably less polished.

First, I'm sorry for everything I put the town through. The fighting of every reason that pointed to Gerry and osuka as scum. The yelling about the scum reads on me. The lying about my night actions. And most of all, the nothing I contributed to town. I am embarrassed and ashamed of how I played. I owe every single of one of you guys for getting myself lost in my ego and depriving you all of not only what was an easy win, but what was likely going to be a perfect win.
Second, I’ve heard this at least 5 times now in the past week. I do not sabotage my town game to better my scum game. I do not try or strive to be hard to read. I just hate playing as town. Please don’t confuse the two or accuse me of using disdain for the alignment as a way to better my chances as scum ever again. With that being said, I would like to and I’m willing to improve as town. I’ve been told I have really good instincts and I have the ability to obvious town easily. I don’t do the latter enough and part of that is laziness, but part of it is also ego and not wanting to deal with play similar to how I played here. I feel like I have the tools but I have no idea how to put it together.
Finally Jae, I want to personally apologize to you for how I treated your scum read on me. Everything I did here and in the games I brought up I sincerely thought would help me better sort and lynch who I thought was scum. It doesn’t excuse my toxicity but I just want you to know once again that my intentions were never to hurt you or anyone for that matter. I know you probably won’t reconsider lumping me in with Comm but I wanted to just stress it again because I felt like below for a while:
I hope one day you can do what Diane didn’t and tell me I’m a good person. One day. If you can’t ever regain respect for me than I’ll understand. I deserve that.

LUV I'm sorry for hurting you. I was frustrated and angry over your past actions and figured you weren't willing to change because you'd done something you promised a friend of mine you wouldn't do again after that in mastina's game.
If you're genuine in wanting to not do that stuff then I'm definitely not opposed to giving you that chance to prove it - honestly being continually angry at someone drains energy from me I don't really have anyway.

mastina I'm getting a distinct lack of posturing gerry here which i find is a staple of his scum game. if you can point out where you feel he's grandstanding and posturing like he tends to do in his scum games i'd like that but rn i'm not feeling it and even if i thought we could get a lynch there today i don't want it. i don't have you as hard town which concerns me as well so would like more from you in general.
