Back to basics IMHO really forces people to build reads and especially flipless.

I kinda wish we had more around and it’s how I got my chops wet in face to face.

The fact flips is actually the more predominant way to play now kinda surprises me.

hey gg everyone! I told you all WhyMafia was scum! Great work Tor coming in and carrying through to victory, but this was also well played by town all around I think, solid work in the later days to really build a good foundation that made it hard for Stitch.

eh I was in a bad headspace and didn't really post calmly when I was trying to say Wh4t's replace out was town (though I was totally right ), kinda flailed around a bit and made it easier to scumread me. I kinda knew my lynch was inevitable once Not Mafia switched to me. and LUV did a good job of baiting me into arguments, especially since I started townreading him for it at the same time.

And I totally agree that I'd love more flipless here, I think it forces townies to work a lot harder which promotes better play in general. There's too many times when town lynches a scum early on and then just goes on auto-pilot and throws in the end, removing the reward of a scumflip helps a lot to combat that

Props to the last three guys because it was ridiculously hard to lynch any of them. I should have hammered Tora and winged it. I feel like the setup is townsided with how hard it is to have scum recover from any maflynch but I don’t know how I’d fix it. Maybe 8/3 is better numberwise but I dunno, lacking a way to deal with strong town players is hard.

with tora and me in the game your only chance was to convince tora to vote for me in lylo after convincing me to lynch not_mafia in the 4-way, which almost mightve happened. but even then it would've been hard with me and tora TRing each other
