I definitely don't think the second part is true though flagbearer might have tanked my average

I think the first 4-5 lynches I drove since I have been back were on scum...then I had about half and half since then.

you definitely have a lot of magnetism and drive, when you're widely townread you're good at like pushing stuff and keeping the town together which is super valuable, I just don't have you identified as someone who has good reads often (my reads sukc)

the towngame not being strong enough to fail was almost certainly a meme and may have been in comparison to not stumping e.g. shoshin whose towngame is Frightening
