also wrt to mjl mischaracterizing austerity's iso im not sure it's worthy of a vote, honestly from memory thats how i recalled his posting but isoing yeah it's not 100% correct but, like... scum can easily accurately tell that information? so i dont know if theres scum motive there or if she revealed she isnt actually reading the thread (like it's a weird detail to make up if you want to *look* like you're reading but struggling)

i dont know if i really "scumread" you but i certainly dont townread you - it's mostly because the way you approach the game feels like a mid-level player's attempt at deepwolfing. you're saying reasonable things and having reasonable takes so that you get townread but you're not really moving things along productively. i think your posting is largely nai as a result

Your behavior has a clear scum motivation (it doesn't advance the game state and lets you sit back and let other people be lynched without culpability.)

If you're town, you're failing to advance the game state and not providing stances which can be used to read you at a later stage in the game.

If you're scum, lynching you directly advances my wincon.

If you're town, lynching you indirectly advances my wincon by getting rid of a slot that's doing fuckall to help the town.

I don't have to argue the countercase of "What if he's just useless town" because if you're just useless town I still get to burn off the chaff.
