Convict mafia moved to Theme Park

Well, I finally got around to moving convict. I considered merging the Jail history, but it is too much work right now.

For those who used to be able to see the forum, now you probably can't (except for the consigliere's and admins who can see everything and Flying Dutchman, who is the new "owner" of that category.) If any of the consiglieres want to play in Convict2, I can remove your mod rights in those forums.
