Alt account names which are sufficiently similar to existing accounts controlled by a different user will be deactivated as soon as I am made aware of them, unless I have given prior approval.
Some of these are harmless jokes, but unfortunately there have also been cases of using such accounts to insult or impersonate the existing user, and with the latter it is easy to imagine a mod of some game sending role information to the wrong account.As usually, what gets through will be at my discretion - I'm sure there are some accounts that have escaped my attention and become established in their own right, and I'm sure there are some accounts that I've nuked unfairly. If you are uncertain whether or not your brilliant alt idea falls under this rule, just ask first.
