Admin: reset user level

Mith and Q, there is a new admin optoin to "reset uer level". This will get around the problem sometimes see when changing a mod back to a user. I don't think we need to worry about it now, but if users start showing up with the wrong colors, use this to reset them.

Can someone explain to me who/what Q is? I thought it was just a dummy account of the admins, but someone has posted under that name.......

Q is a real person, one of miths friedns i beleive, helped him set this place up originally.
