so ces and sam are the town
with this many scum i think the best strat is for us to turbo lynch sam as we'll still have some scum who dont have to participate in the lynch, and ces is pretty hard to get a read on
Smooth as silk when he's scum, and very much capable of running things from behind the scenes while appearing to be doing minimal effort. - Almost50
Xtoxm is consistently great - Shosin
you were the only wolf i townread at endgame - the worst
Hard to know how this'll go on the forum exactly but, newer players, my advice would be: do not be discouraged if anyone writes you off as scum. That's probably going to happen a lot.
btw when a lynch occurs, will the thread be locked or will it remain open for discussion while the person decides?

Remember that there are 72 hours before we can lynch anyone, so gotta keep up the charade until then. But I agree that the first eight people who can do so upon the end of that grace period should probably vote for "Sam" as quickly as possible.
ah ok, didnt realise the 72 hour thing
sounds good

If CES (or any town in this situation) comes online while we’re speedlynching myko, how would he react? I’m assuming he’d at least take the time to post and show that he’s not participating in the lynch. Should we maybe have at least one other person do the same sort of thing?

That sounds sensible to me.
Is it worth someone basically calling the strat or is that crazy? Like "Oh, they're just trying to get Myko killed off quick and hope he shoots town?" Is that too on the nose?
We discussed that strategy fairly openly at the meet. I don't think it would be weird to call attention to it. Anyone who piles on with a vote is basically confessing, anyway.
While it might be helpful for someone to try to look protown by explicitly not voting, remember that if we do this the point is to be quick about it. Unless you strongly feel like you have a chance of being mistaken for town by Myko in the endgame, you should probably just get it done and give him as little time as possible for extra info before he has to shoot.
I'm not sure I like the pile-on tactic... it basically means it comes down to whether myko shoots whichever scum player is off the wagon, or CES? Surely we should aim to do better than that?
Cerys: don't worry. We only get to talk here in pregame.
Chris: I think 72 hours will feel looooong in this setup. But who knows how it will go; this has rarely been played on the forum. I do take your point, it's probably just going to feel very very hard for us the longer that it continues.
