It depends on the setup and role distribution.

In thjs case, with fairly obvious "Not-Sunny scum, I would definitely advise having Sunny fakeclaims.

Randing the VTs and assigning the rest as fakeclaims is a nice way to do it!

Alright, that seems like it's probably a solid way to go.

That's enough roles for 16 town, but I'd honestly rather just make sure we can do this as a mini and have 13 slots. Which would presumably be 10/3 since I don't want to worry about balancing a third party. I put together a draft for a setup (it's not really anything that edgy at the moment), I'll look over it again tomorrow and then send it your way.

Do you have any suggestions for PRs that'd fit some of the Sunnys? Stuff like having Camera Sunny be some sort of investigative or Panicking Sunny being a PGO. This is usually where my creativity falls apart a bit...

Hider is Weak right?
Does it resolve before or after a Busdriver?

Like, if the busdriver targets the hider's target does the hider target the other busdriven player? I would assume sobut it's important to know for sure.

Neither team has crazy power and I like the potential swing that goes along with the town roles present.
Hider makes a wood but weak investigative weakened further by the busdriver. Motion Detector is a nice role but it doesn't give anything explicit to the scumteam, just a direction to look at. Mask vendor is beautiful, as noted.

I like the spread!

Yeah I would want Hider to be weak. I think that makes sense for the Bus Driver interaction.

I do worry about not having any sort of counter to the Crawling Sunny...maybe I give the Goon an X-shot Strongman to get through the in-case-of-failure Bulletproof (since the Strongman kill(s) presumably don't get affected by redirection, it wouldn't affect anything else)? Or I suppose I could replace the Motion Detector with it.

I don't think that's necessary. I mean, it's already a chance-based kill and having a 100% kill chance on scum once is fine (as long as I understand the role properly).

I definitely say keep the MD.

You could make the Ninja 1-shot Ninja 1-shot BP if you wanted tho I suppose

Talked it over a bit more with Gammagooey (who initially wanted to do art stuff until I was like "hey...review?") who suggested I drop the Bus Driver down to 2-shot. Also I'm gonna give the scumteam Multitasking, and I think I'm going to change them from their current names to Cloudy, Rainy, and Windy.

My default is “you’re Multitasking once you’re the only person alive” but meh

Yeah, I think I could have gone a bit more high-powered by having roles that are less swingy, but it is what it is unless we want to start from scratch, I think. For what it’s worth, we have a few pre-ins so far from people that haven’t played mafia games in a while, so the simplicity might help there.
