First, would you prefer a micro or mini theme? Mini theme would be more work but would also be more satisfying, I'd imagine.

Sounds good. Should we restrict picks to only mains ie no alts or hydras? I thought leaving hydras in would be interesting if someone picked democracy or something (for example).

I was also thinking we say no picking yourself, just to keep to the spirit of the game.

I think alts and hydras are okay as long as their established enough, e.g. both GigabyteTroubadour and Katyusha are pretty well known

How complicated do you think roles should be? I'm fine having basically one-line abilities (ie post restricted townie, 1-shot tracker, desperado, godfather, etc.), nothing too fancy. if we've got inspiration for more complicated roles or you think it's a better idea i'd be fine having multi-ability roles.

actually, how did you decide the scumteam for be yourself? because if we're going to hand-pick it then we should leave bastard as "possible", right?

It was moreso based on the role ideas I had and making them work, I think we should randomise alignments for this, mini's have a lot more flexibility with design than micros
