top of his 169 doesn’t make sense. it’s apparently suspicious to him that someone quickly removed their cote on an early L-1 wagon? if anything, that’s a towntell and usually is, although it’s an easy way for scum to look towny. Pretty NAI, imo, but leaning town, at least during the timeframe it occurs in

also, the way he rebuts accusations, idk if it’s his playstyle or what, but he asks a lot of questions and while that’s great, it seems like he’s hiding behind that to deter his possible wagon
