Welcome to Starcraft Mafia: 2!

You are an air unit.

Each night, you can both:
a) target a player to see who targeted them with night actions.
b) move three spots up or down in the player list.

Win:

You win when the three-man mafia team has been removed.

Night Phase Resolution


Night phase will have three resolution points.

"Night action resolution" -- this will resolve first and will involve usual NAR prioritization with the exception of movement abilities.

"Movement" -- all movement abilities will take place now. Movements will resolve *in the player list order from the start of that night* from top to bottom.

"Movement abilities" -- night actions that involve movement will take place after usual NAR and after the Movement phase.

Example:

1: Mafia A
2: Zergling B
3: Zergling C
4: Zergling D

Submitted Night Actions
Mafia A in slot 1 opts to kill Zergling C and then move down 2 slots.
Zergling B moves up two slots.
Zergling C moves up two slots.
Zergling D moves up two slots.

The kill takes place first, so Zergling C dies.
NAR ends.

List now reads:
1: Mafia A
2: Zergling B
3: Zergling D

Movement begins

Mafia A moves down 2
List now reads:
1: Zergling B
2: Zergling D
3: Mafia A

Zergling B moves up two slots, but is already at the top of the list, so no change.

Zergling D moves up two slots, resolution:
1: Zergling D
2: Zergling B
3: Mafia A

So, it’s a priority type thing then?

Well the images are broken now so you can't see them but had you been able to, you'd be able to see what I looked like; my GTKAS picture resembled a certain biblical figure.
Then there's how there's the 2 in the name when my first account was named Mastin. (This was actually going back to my roots; my original username was mastin2 and I went by Mastin which is why when I signed up here I just went to Mastin, but eventually I wanted to go back to my original status, yet most people just think it's mastin with a 2 tacked on, thus the jokes about mastin3.)
Then there's how I have always had a "cult of personality" surrounding me.
And then there's my arrogance in games, culminating in the god of scumplay meme.
And more.

It tied a bunch of things together, but among them was the god complex and the idea that I was some form of omniscient/omnipresent being.

If we move up 3 spots, are we close to Varsoon? Yes? No?

And how does this affect NAs? Do we need to be close to the player we’re targetting, for it to be effective?

That would depend on where Varsoon moves, if Varsoon is moving.

You do not need to be close to players you want to target. Your night action resolves before the move action occurs.
