did another ms user do something lovely? recognize their achievements here!

Today's modern mafia consumer demands dozens, nay, hundreds of roles that are vanilla cops.

Pretty nice name and picture tbh.

Now with Menal in I hope
Frozen Rainbow
is used well.

I say that as a reminder Errant didn't change the name yet as of this post.

It really is

And idk if I want to do that bc I Can viably see you as possible scum either as a partner with pine (hence his strong SR on you for after he flips) or if you’re scum with someone else than I can see you adding me knowing (or guessing) that I’m gonna try to get pine killed today and that this looks bad for me on a green!pine flip

Which would potentially be incriminating enough that you either just get me done tomorrow, or you get killed in lylo, I get brought to 3p lylo and the fact that you brought me in gets me lynched there. If pine!green (which I still think is unlikely) I’m thinking the best bet would be you + PP probably, after his most recent comment in thread

Well arguing like that will just make it look like we're partners distancing even more for Pine's case, particularly if we kill him.

You do know why I picked you, right?

I do not, no.

My working theory is that assuming town!you, you also scumread pine fairly hard and knew that adding me would take me off the table (removing one of the three candidates for today), and also that I was likely to pick to add sky over pine if that's who the choice was between.

I guess the thing about me leading the town could be true, but I think there was definitely more to it than that.

Depends on the situation. I'm certainly not opposed to it if it makes sense strategically.

At the moment? No, I feel very uncomfortable. I don't know how much you've read, but PP really wants me to kill gobble, and Menalque really wants me to kill Pine, and I personally think that Pine has more scum equity than gobble and his flip provides more information, but PP is way more familiar with Pine than I am and he's conftown.

Alright.
Do you want to talk about it?

Sometimes when I'm stressed I just make a decision and stick with it. I'm either right or I'm wrong and then I deal with the consequences.
Note the last part. It's important.

I can catch up at night if you wanna just make a decision now.

Do what you think is best. My Pine read is not as strong in this game as it has been in other games, and I haven't been able to look at it much recently.

Like - I can believe that he saw my crumb and knew there was a solid fakeclaim. He's good at scum. But, I also get town feels from his posting/positioning. Pine scum could probably be pretty successful at buddying me.

I also think Ruby was town, and can read that slot very well (better than Pine) which is why I was sad she replaced out. I can't read gobble well so idk.

I mean you're basically saying "make a potentially suboptimal decision and then feel bad if you were wrong."

I usually want to get to a point where I can feel good about the decision even if it was wrong. I mean obviously I'm going to have to deal with the consequences anyway...

The worst part about this is that I won't even know right away if it was wrong, because they very well could both be town.
