How do you guys think the Town will react if we all claimed Mason-Millers who return 3P to alignment Cops right off the gate?

In my view, it would be extremely odd and fairly unlikely for 3 scums to claim that on D1, hence we probably confirm ourselves and -hioefully0 confuse scum (as long as we neither confirm nor deny having other abilities). We probably eat 1-2 NKs for the town too.

I think its fine but the downside is we're giving setup info to scum unnecessarily, why not just wait until one of us dies or gets checked and then hoodclaim?

You seem to have overlooked an essential part of my cause: Eat the NKs for Town. But I won't out this hood alone, so either all three of us agree to out or we don't.

True true. I'm kind of viewing it as a 3-way activating IC - it would be better to hold the activation for an opportune time imo, but I definitely see the merit of claiming instantly. I'm not necessarily opposed.

Yup we're definitely millers for some kind of alignment cop.

i like the idea of claiming early so we can eat NKs. And if they ignore us to try and shoot PRs, we have a nice littl townbloc at least

I do see what superbowl means though, we could save it for a little bit and then activate it like an IC. If we play as ICs from the start then scum (and town) never has to bother to give reads on us and that could be boring

Overall my first thought would be to claim it late D1 or sometime on D2. Maybe one of us will be a counterwagon to scum and we can turn it on them with our claims

i am gonna crumb it super early by voting one of you in RVS and misspelling the other person's name in my first post or something like that. there's no way ppl will think we're scum gambiting

On claiming, I think there's pros and cons, but overall I'm inclined to agree with Superbowl. The best utility we have for town is if we somehow get to a late stage in the game and we can use our numbers to form a really effective townblock. The only thing I hesitate on is the fact that our roles might not be flipped when we die? so for instance, if almost50 dies on n1, we cant say "we were the other miller masons in the group". I think the main thing is that we avoid getting day-elimmed which would be utterly pointless. on that basis, i expect we'll probably have to claim to some extent on Day 1.
