My opinion is this should be a strictly enforces rule.
It is in the official rules for a reason. It can unfairly break the game.

I didn't see prison in the list so first I had it down to either airplane or construction site.

Then saw jail and went whaaaat that's it.

Subtlety is paramount as town.

This was really fun to read though. Spyfall is such an awesome game.
