I started playing two days ago with some friends. I am in search of enough demonite so I can do stuff in hell.

So I have made me a hellevatory, and I don't even have a full gold set yet. I do have an obsidian skull though, so I'm just stealing bricks, so I can build me a house that npcs and my other friends can't enter (Until they get some obsidian).

So I now have everything that I want from the hellstone, and made an obsidian machine last night. In three play sessions I have 20 hours logged. We have defeated skeletron, and raped his dungeon. We have our own house, with skybridges of different heights going to points of interest (both oceans, some sky islands, an underground jungle, some corrupted lands, and an above ground jungle). We have every npc I think, we have experienced goblin invasions and blood moons, we have made every armor set. We've found over 1000 pieces of meteorite ore. We have a jungle growing next to our house, as well as some forest, and a walled off corruption land eater of worlds altar. When we finish with this world, we're going to the very top of our bridge, and scrip a lava dupe to flood the world with lava.

I'm all but done with this game. Totally worth my 2 bucks.

Drop them, log off, log back on? I think that works.

Also it's very fun to throw trash at your friends and run.

Also anyone know when the next patch is supposed to drop?

on another note I found the dungeon in my single player world, and something is all fucked up. It overlaps with the ocean. The old man was INSIDE of the sand. I had to dig him out to find skeletor, and then ivywhip my way out of the water. Then after I defeated him I had to dig down through the sand to find the entrance. It's really weird.

The first time I defeated him was off of corruption, and I've never played any other version besides this one. It''s how I always deal with him if I'm in a tight spot.

I hear any wall counts as a home wall now, including dirt ones, so you can make houses underground alot easier.

Make you an arena where you can dodge and run, use bows, and if you really can't beat it, start searching for an underground jungle or some shadow orbs.

200 hp, every 60 seconds is a lot of health, in my day you just had to spam the key and hope you had it. That is half of a fully maxed out health bar. You need lots of potions if it's your first time fighting.
