I don't know how anyone can hate her. She's just a ball of "BRB JUMPING SQUISHY" and locking them down so that even bads can melt them. She's still useful in low Gold, but in low Silver she carries incompetent ADCs so hard with that lockdown/peel.

Muramana procs on it anyway since it's single target.

Blue Urgot with onhit Q would be awesome though. Well, by Urgot's standards at least.

His design isn't nonsensical

His design is an attempt at creating a type of champ that didn't exist. That makes him hard to place. They didn't fail with him though and that role is playable. His kit isn't even weird: ad scaling q, shield with something to stick, gapcloser/damage amplifier as weirdest ability. His passive helps him duel better by decreasing the opponents damage. Anyway: those are all skills you see appear with bruisers in more and less ways.

The only weird thing about him is that he has range. But I don't get how that's not cool in stead of bad design.

Elder lizard also works, your q is not a dot. And you wouldn't build bork on him anyway.

And he already has a way to get a slow on his q. Still, he can't jump away so he's not going to be blue build Ezreal. He's not build for kiting per sé, that's why there's a shield going with the slow.

It's still 12.5% more slow. Shield only works once every 12 seconds and dies to any poke at all, anyway. Besides, proccing sheen at 1k range would be a huge boon. Between the 52.5% slow kiting and the tanky from shield + 70 armor + ult + passive, he'd be damn hard to kill. Blue build also makes Q go down to a 1.2 second CD, which is scary. I could see it working against an assassin comp that Ez wouldn't be able to escape well.

i stand by the statement that urgot is not that bad if you're a good player. Being in silver you guys probably have only seen bad urgots. Urgot and Karma were once the worst champions in the league, but now both are viable.

Karma got reworked and needed to be buffed repeatedly.

Urgot's still bad and not viable. That said, viability really only matters if you're challenger or in a pro team.

It's the truth. I told one of my friends to stay away from ranked when he hit 30. He didn't, and he's in Bronze IV now. You will start in Bronze almost guaranteed if you play ranked as soon as you hit 30. Best case scenario, you hit Silver and struggle there. It took me like 4 months after I started playing ranked to really "get" the game.

In other news, I'm dumb and inactived down to Gold V. Does anyone know how decay works from this point forward? I'd like to keep my 75 LP so I can hit a promo pretty quick, but since I haven't played ranked in a month, I obviously don't want to just jump into it cold either. Am I going to decay further, and if so, how fast?

it's almost like building an item that gives AP and loses AS on combine is a bad thing for a champion with no AP ratios who needs AS desperately

are we complaining about games that should've been an S+ but were an S-? I got a quadra and a 17 killing spree that game too. One of those deaths was an execute on a tower dive that was #worth to boot.

For real though, AP mummy has always been dumb, but he's insane now. Legit broken. Go play him. It doesn't have the same ult reliance and poor dueling that pure tank or even tanky ap amumu does The new hextech items give him absolutely insane burst, with the choice between reliable Qs or completely bullshit engage range with protobelt + flash + q. Glimpse of the Void is also insane for him, because his whole pattern is to 100-0 a single target. BOTH GotV and the hextech stuff give him extra flat magic damage, which is his favorite thing in the world, because he has the best mpen of anyone in the game.

Here's some numbers. Runes + Masteries + Sorc + Abyssal + Guise = 70 flat mpen, 95 with an auto. A carry with flat MR runes, Mercurial, and Locket Aura has 92 MR, so you do true damage with all your magic after an auto. Your combo straight 100-0's through heal. WITHOUT W OR AUTOING AT ALL, you do 1,200 magic + 150 true damage in bases + items + thunderlords, with a 2.65 AP ratio, which is about another 1,500 damage at endgame, for a total of 2.7k magic and 150 true, or 2,850 damage. A carry's EHP to Magic with mercurial + locket is roughly 2,300 with your MPen, 2.8k if they have Heal. With W and an auto, you can 100-0 through heal + morg/karma/janna/locket shields by yourself. The on All of this damage gets output in about 1-2 seconds depending on how far you are when you hit Q. You're also still Amumu with CC and AoE abilties, but honestly, who cares when you can out burst anyone in the game?

It's really, really dumb and I love it so much.
