We could share funny / cool videos we come across or post funny plays.tv clips? Would people be interested in something like that? I know that now I'm playing league again for a while I'm going to be uploading a bit of stuff to plays.tv anyway and I don't want to be spamming the main thread if people don't want to see the videos

Final results of 7-3 placement, ended up in Bronze II! Can't complain about that at all!
It 100% has a direct impact on the game.In post 766, PJ. wrote:I used to BE AP Soraka before they made her shitty.
I agree that for the first ~9 minutes, support is more important than ADC. That doesn't make it a good, healthy or interesting role. And it doesn't make it one that really has a direct impact on the game.
The bolded part is what I'm referring to as it'sIn post 788, PJ. wrote:Except that I'm very clearly in the majority here. Why do you think your queues are so long? Why do you think "fill=support"? Why does everyone complain that they can't make support their secondary because they get it a vast majority of the time? Why did Riot literally just implement a system where your preference choices are null and void based if you are in queue for a long time in an effort to shorten their queue numbers? Remember how long it took them to implement this pick your role system in the first place? Do you remember the excuse? "Queue times will get longer because nobody wants to play support" That was the ACTUAL RIOT RESPONSE to why we couldn't have the role system 5 years ago. Kinda silly to say that.the vast majority of players, wouldn't miss the support role.
And can you even really disagree Maestro? Doesn't Klazam support in the vast majority of your games?
I'm only defining 'maining' support as a player playing it when both solo and premade with people. Otherwise they're not a support mainIn post 795, PJ. wrote:I would argue that most support mains, are such because SOMEONE has to support, not because they actually want to be a support. Even ani admits to wanting to jungle rather than support. Most supports would rather be something else. Why do you think you have such a large pool of "support mains" in lower elo that are just auxillery mid laners and not actual supports? In post 792, Draynth wrote:The 'vast majority of players' not missing the support role is completely different to 'most support mains' not missing the role.

This is unbelievably accurate for how I got diamond this season alreadyIn post 2350, Ser Arthur Dayne wrote:Weee I did it got back into diamond :^)
Went 4-6 in placements, got plat 2. Won a few, lost a few and eventually got into plat 1. Then 7 game winstreak to get diamond :p (Was getting 25lp per win, so 4 games, then won first 3 promos).
Thanks
This is so true it's not even funny, I occasionally play on my smurf account (It's currently like gold 1 with a plat 3 mmr or something) to try out other roles that I don't normally play. It's insane how often I'll expect someone to try dodge a skillshot so I just whiff because they're oblivious to it. There's such a big change that has to be made in mindsetIn post 2606, JasonWazza wrote:Not to put a damper on the montage, but a lot of it is in higher levels of play, play becomes more predictable as you can expect more optimal plays from people, and then it comes down to game knowledge and knowing if summoners are up.
It's definitely easier to predict a high level player then a bronze level player.
I can tell you with 100% certainty that I don't do it intentionally. It's genuinely muscle memory at this point and it just happens after that type of stuff
I love doing it when I whiff something, it's greatIn post 2610, Randomnamechange wrote:mastery flashing after a play is fine. doing it every time you get a kill or if the enemy makes a mistake or whatever is douchey
It's so frustrating haha, I'll regularly go 'Ok remember just aim it at them; they won't dodge' but still instinctively try to predict the juke... Inevitably I then get called boosted :/In post 2670, JasonWazza wrote:Yeah it's annoying having to change that mindset back and forth, even if i'm playing support all night, i will have to shift between predicting dodges and not predicting them and going straight with my skillshots. In post 2669, Draynth wrote:This is so true it's not even funny, I occasionally play on my smurf account (It's currently like gold 1 with a plat 3 mmr or something) to try out other roles that I don't normally play. And then you sometimes have to remember which people know how to dodge and which ones don't (i play a lot of thresh as support)
