One of the quests calls for an uncraftable item - the black hole controller. Create the v2 controller and someone with OP on server will spawn you a deprecated one to complete the quest. Trash it after.
I have requested a restore of my player data file -- transmutation table ended up empty and some number of exa-emc lost.
Hopefully that's what ETL did, and it doesn't break anyone else. I made a manual backup just in case.
They may bounce the server when they do the restore.

I forgot I needed to be whitelisted. I also forgot how to download everything for modded. Either way, I spent a long time slightly tipsy and downloading stuff with no success.
Mostly retired. Unless you ask or it's something interesting.

What do you guys think about this pack? Dungeons, Dragons and Space Shuttles It's kind of a big pack, but Dire has been posting a Let's Play on it and it looks great, lots of quests and stuff. Looks fun. Thoughts?

We are actually buying a gaming laptop this afternoon (YAY!) but yah - I wanna come back. Mostly my absence from minecraft in the last year or so has been due to my crappy potato-top.
give it a test when you get a chance and see. We don't have to run that. We could always do a custom pack as we've done in the past, or something else you may find interesting. See what packs you can run and let us know what seems fun

Mine runs just fine. Unless I stream things over the internet, in which case it overheats. It's a fascinating conundrum.
Still, it's a 6 year old setup and the pieces are outdated in general, so a full revamp just makes sense rn.
I’m on a trip till Monday. I’m interested... drop a link and instructions on any changes wanted if you want me to set it up after I get back. We should see if there is other input on pack choice too but not for long.
Mine just overheats regardless . I should use 2 of the same memory instead of mixing...

i'm gonna mess around with it some this weekend. just FYI if you didn't get the email, akliz is doing some maintenance on our machine and moving our server on monday, but we should be back up on tuesday.
