In this pack (and many others) you can claim “chunks” in the area you’re living in, which can prevent others from interacting at all with your builds unless you give them permission. It also disables explosions of all kind, by default.

Island has been denuded of grass and trees and there are a handful of fruit trees growing you can use to early food.
The foundation of said house still exists but the house itself is missing.

Found a gaming tip for Windows.
This can free up memory if you have stuttering due to standby memory, as Windows will then be able to service page requests without grabbing from the standby list.
This may hurt performance in cases where Windows is correctly using standby memory for programs you'll be using again soon. Use at own risk. It worked for me...
The program has to be run as administrator.

The update seems to be a 1.13 snapshot. It's unclear if the Java version has everything the other platforms have so far.

I don't see why it wouldn't? It's still their flagship version, biggest playerbase, etc.

other than the new blocks decorations and mobs the biggest use it looks like is for building underwater such as when we did the underwater city on the old vanilla server. it increases underwater visibility, lets you breath underwater, and speed underwater mining time.

Of the new stuff. I did a lot of underwater exploring and other than change to worldgen pattern and the new fish and the wavy plants not a lot of new stuff. The only new stuff is the wrecked ship with the treasure map and the buried treasure chest. Which leads to the heart of the sea which you use to make the conduit which is like an underwater version of the pyramid thingy that gives buffs based on how tall it is.

i accidentally disassembled my airship in seriousyes's floating ice house and now its stuck because i cant break it and if i assemble it it is attached to the house
