Guild Wars II GAME RELEASE happened a while ago

Game release for those who've pre-purchased: August 25 (
(expired on 2012-08-25 00:00:00))
I'm picking the Ferguson's Crossing server because all the other servers have lame names. JOIN ME.
APPARENTLY Ferguson's Crossing is too cool for scummers, so we'll be on Crystal Desert instead.
OKAY SO people on this site can't make up their fucking minds; we're going to be on Gates of Madness.

FERGUSON! Such a boss, having a crossing all to himself. I was leaning Crystal Desert. I highly suggest that one.

All the other ones sound lame is all.
I guess I could play on Crystal Desert instead, even though it reduces my chances of being cool and slick like that Ferguson guy.

The Crystal Desert was awesome in GW1 though.
As cool as the name "Ferguson's Crossing" is, a lot of the other ones are cool too, especially with GW1 nostalgia.

Yes, but they're completely optional(obviously) and you can trade in-game gold for "gems"(the microtransaction currency) if you find someone who wants to trade them to you.

Anyone gotten into the game yet? All my friends who have already tried to get in can't get past the character creation yet.
I'll be joining you all in a few weeks. Waiting for both my paycheck to come in next week, and senior project due Thursday. Then I'll buy it (if it's back for sale by then).
