Current budget deck is this.
Zero epics
Zero pack legendaries and both of the legendary durdles can easily be replaced with any other value card.Routine day with a dirt cheap brush
Then a week goes by and it goes untouched
Then two, then three, then a month
Then the rest of your life, you beat yourself up- TheButtonmen

choices allow you to be wrong, the more chances there is to be wrong the better better players do because they will make the right play more often then their opponents
the more choices the more mistakes baddies make

I'm on a seven game win streak grinding my way up from twenty using the following list, it's completely demolishes all the rogue decks and has a nice match up against most other aggro decks.
Circle of Healing x 2
Inner Fire x 2
Northshire Cleric x 2
Potion of Madness x 2
Power Word: Shield x 2
Divine Spirit x 2
Novic Engineer x 2
Radiant Elemental x 2
Shadow Visions x 2
Wild Pyromancer x 2
Acolyte of Pain x 2
Injured Blademaster x 2
Kabal Talonpriest x 2
Gnomish Inventor x 2
Priest of the Feast x 2
I've been beating quest rogues on turn 4-5, it's quite fun and only involves 2 epics and the vast majority of the cards are commons from the base set.Routine day with a dirt cheap brush
