use this thread to recommend games in the winter sale! Today I'd like to recommend Reus... for only $3.39, you'll get plenty of hours of enjoyment out of that game. It's basically a god style civ builder game on a small scale. Plant things or put rocks down as one of the gods to make that civilization prosper. As you level up your gods or whatever you unlock more potential combinations of things to put on the earth for your civs. It's a peaceful serene game

what else is good on sale?
I'll take your word for it then, since I have no idea what to get besides that. I might get Fez. Looks nice.

I'm enjoying it, but I'm fucking terrible at being sneaky. STAB ALL THE THINGS. DIE REPEATEDLY.
Save every 5 seconds.
This. THISTHISTHISTHISTHIS. You will need to do this if you want low chaos.
But the best advice I got is this: first time through, don't worry about how you play or if you miss anything. Just do what you want and enjoy it. THEN try and get all the coins and stuff.
I'll explain it to you. You have to get someone else to understand it for you.
1 hour 20 to get shiny's sacrifice for 2 euro. That's value for money, great game, though as it's old, the graphics aren't top notch (it was great in the day). Story and gameplay are still great though. Rather good replayability because of that.
Surrender, imagine and of course wear something nice.
Don't worry, I actually had plenty of time by the time I purchased it, I just posted a while after. And yeah I don't check steam often either so it's kool.
I meant it was more like "Oh well... I have like an hour left and it's only $2... WHY NOT?" and I bought it. Haha.
Just a heads-up. Left 4 Dead 2 is free today only. Steam seems to have taken a complete shit, though, as nobody can seem to access any Valve-related sites, or the Steam Community site, and people are having issues w/the downloads. Either way, try to pick up the game before midnight eastern time.

I got a 50 dollar gift card to steam for x-mas and I'm having trouble figuring out if I just want to go out, or save for something I actually really want.
I am definitely getting Civ V Gold edition upgrade and skullgirls
Deciding whether or not its worth to take the 7 dollar skyrim deal. I have it on my ps3, but i don't have it up at school with me. You guys have any suggestions for alternatives to skyrim that'll keep my rpg loving self satisfied?

I got the Counter Strike complete pack. Almost impulse bought the Valve Complete pack but figured I'll get the Half-Life complete pack in some later date that is also a sale.
