It's for general saves, like fort.

Resistance gives bonus on saves against everything, immunity to compulsion gives immunity to compulsions. You could argue that there's a slight overlap since the most important saves are compulsions, but it's still a useful thing to have.

RIP Jeanne, who tried to do something cool but things never went her way.

1. Failed to dominate Stewart, leading to his escape and ultimately losing Saag.
2. Tried to hold PCs in Eva mansion, got dusted by Brian by failing a low will save.
3. Tried to dimdoor out, counterspelled, and got tentacled instead.
4. Tried to dimdoor out again, counterspelled yet again, chopped by Stewart, whom she failed to dominate earlier.

May the goddess of RNG watch over her next time.
