the corki probably fell off late, as corkis do
i can't understand why they couldn't finish the game earlier given their comp

Well the game has bronze-gold players in it, so it was probably as simple as not pushing towers before the anti-push became too much to handle.

Ivern
Triggerseed maxes are still pretty dominant. We’re following up with a more substantial cut to Triggerseed’s power at all ranks, especially as the game goes on.
E - Triggerseed
SHIELD 80/120/160/200/240 ⇒ 70/100/130/160/190
SLOW DURATION 3 seconds ⇒ 2 seconds
the nerf to ivern in 6.24 didn't hurt enough so they came back to finish the deed

Yeah that will probably do it.

Though i still bet we will still see a shit ton of Ivern in LCS etc. due to his passive (or at least bans)

I already messaged Klazam directly about that, but figured others might want to know in case you don't like to read:
The League of Legends Snowdown event Hextech crafting page wrote:A new themed Snowdown Chest will be available each day, containing a guaranteed thematic skin shard and three bonus Snowdown Sweets. Each themed Snowdown Chest will be available at least twice during the event, but you can only buy six Snowdown Chests each day. Snowdown Chests have double the chance to drop a Poro King’s Treasure Chest Fragment.

Each chest will only contain skin shards within a specific thematic (like Fire skins or Robot skins). Check in each day to see what cool new chest is available!
Today's Snowdown Chests (prefixed with "
Fi
red
Up
") will
ONLY
contain skin shards for the following skins, and I
believe
it's also limited to skins for champions you own, which greatly reduces the variability, hence the triple Obsidian Malphite:

Spoiler:
Foxfire Ahri
Infernal Alistar
Infernal Diana
Shadowfire Kindred
Obsidian Malphite
Charred Maokai
Phoenix Quinn
Molten Rammus
Scorched Earth Renekton
Firefang Warwick
Volcanic Wukong
Scorched Earth Xerath
Wildfire Zyra

The "Fired Up" chests will be available at least one other time during the event. As will every other type of themed Snowdown Chest, apparently. Hope this helps people who wanna throw money at Riot Games this Christmas - at least have fun and get what you want while doing it. :P

Question for the group: I have 5 Gemstones, almost exclusively from gifted RP going to Hextech chest packs. Do I bow out and go for the ward now or wait for forever to rack up the other 5 and forge a skin? I don't play Annie or Vayne a ton, but evidence would suggest they'll add more 10-Gem skins by the time I get there so... maybe worth?

I got the Riot Fist Bump skin for free from a code giveaway, and I've used that since, because it seems cool to me.

yeah some riot guy gave that to my smurf, which i use on that account. It's cool, but doesn't offer the same (admittedly small) in-game advantages.

It makes a very distinct, very easy to hear sound when it goes away. It's not confused with other game noises.

just played a game where two players on my team both built more than one sheen item, despite me saying multiple times the spellblade only procs for the item that does the least amount of damage.

what. the. fuck.

It's the most damage that goes through, and technically Iceborn's AoE works with the other sheens, it just doesn't stack with the target you attack (so the AoE damage hits everything but only the triforce would hit the main target).

actually I'm wrong in the specifics of that, it procs in the order of lich > triforce >iceborn > sheen but the point still stands, you shouldn't have two sheen items
pedit: you got it
