I can't launch the game because I need some file named OpenAL32.dll, and reinstalling the game doesn't work

The message error tells me that the game can't be launched because by computer doesn't have OpenAL32.dll, and that reinstalling the game might work (that's not the exact message I got, but I don't think giving you the french error message would help)
Also, I only get this message when I try to run the game through the configuration tool. When I launch the game directly, I only have the "Preparing to launch Zero Time Dilemma..." message and then nothing.

Apparently, the Black-Screen-after-starting-New-Game issue is due to the graphic card not supporting DirectX 11.0
Well, I hope it works on my other computer
