IIRC the only pokes who had their types released before release in Gen 1 were Charizard and Gyarados, because having a starter dragon was super dumb and Water/Dragon was only weak to Dragon (and since the only dragon type attack was Dragon Rage, well...)In post 344, Psyche wrote:Psyduck isn't a Psychic type for the same reason Charizard isn't a dragon type. That type was sort of OP in Gen 1. If Psyduck/Golduck had happened as early as Gen II or Gen III then he'd be Psychic maybe.- BROseidon

Idk the regular pokemon games suffer from being too easy.
Like, if I have the ability to build any team I want, I'm going to:
1) Always have Starmie if a Staryu can be caught anywhere in the game.
2) If I'm playing with an emulator and Impossible Evos or if I have a 2nd game, always going for Gengar as well if it's possible
3) The rest doesn't really matter that much.
So I only Nuzlocke at this point, and the only game where I've ever failed a Nuzlocke is Emerald.- BROseidon

Why are you finding pokemon during your Lucky Eggs?In post 431, Rhinox wrote:
eh... you're still getting the same XP from the lucky egg either way. In fact you're probably likely to get more xp the earlier you use them as you're more likely to be able to get the double xp on new pokedex entries the lower level you are.In post 429, xRECKONERx wrote:save the egg leveling strat for after lvl 20 because you stop finding lucky eggs in the wild and uh the XP jumps DRAMATICALLY in terms of how much you need per level
Pop egg->Evolve Pidgey/Ratata/Doduo/Weedle over and over again for 30 minutes.- BROseidon

Yeah I'd report that. Niantic can look into it and decide if cheating. In post 454, Claus wrote:So on my morning commute today, four or five gyms in the path to the university were taken by this guy with a level 33 account and a level 35 account (usernames were the same one with different suffixes). In each gym they left a ~3000CP Snorlax and a ~3000CP Dragonite.
