1) How frequently do you want this updated? Amount of content won't change with the frequency, though.
2) Time to time, some requests can not be completed because it is impossible to do it. (i.e. I haven't caught a SINGLE jolly natured pokemon yet. I have one pokeball left, and once I catch a zubat that I accidentally forgot to catch, then I'll no longer have any pokeballs to catch more.) How should I take care of such requests? Should I just discard it, keep it in the list until it is completed, or should I give it a limited time to complete it? If we're doing a limited time/discard, I am willing to take a penalty for each failed requests. (such as, my first fainted pokemon is treated as dead, etc)
2) Keep them on the list till they are completed or infeasible to complete. Inane requests should be dropped. Such as going back to the beginning and catching a pokemon from starter area and leveling it up.
