Dwarf Fortress LP?

I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a DF LP and if so whether it should be a succession game or just solo. If you don’t know what Dwarf Fortress is, it is a roguelike contruction and management sim where Losing is !!Fun!!. A succession game is where after 1 ingame year or 2 rl weeks (whichever comes first) the current player passes the save to another player in a queue.

I’d love to do one of these. Unfortunately my computer is broken right now but hopefully I’ll get a new one some time this year. I’d say if you’re itching to do a solo just go for it, but I reckon there’s probably a decent portion of the forum who at least know DF, so if you get the word out I imagine there’d be enough people to do a succession.

I actually had a DW sucession game started around late 2018 in Mish Mash archives. Nobody took up year 2 tho. If people are down for a bloodline, Im willing to join or start year 1.

I just generated a world with a volcano on a glacier i think that would be a neat succession fort to try out. maybe even let people /in to have a dwarf named after them :P

i'm going to play a fort by myself on this world but i've kept an untouched copy of it incase someone wants to try it out

your dwarves can survive until the next wave of migrants and those poor fools can rebuild from the ashes
