My money is on karnos and Sooper, along with PC of course.

Although it's strange that PV!Scum would agree to put his own ass in a sling just to maintain appearances.

If he breaks out of prison, that would explain his lack of concern though.

That's not at all why I suspect him.

Review the vote counts. He was leading the charge on World to support karnos, and flipped over to rm (again, first on the wagon) when karnos lost steam.
