The thinking behind it is it let's town know what their votes were on when talking about the biggest wagons. I didn't really believe the PR claim and I felt it was the most info I could give from my perspective. Obviously I didn't know he was going to have a guilty lol.

the reality of the situation is not every post is going to be a scumpost.

Scum are more likely to look like they are trying early game. Mid game they'll attempt to coast and at this point, if you look, you can tell they aren't trying. They're coasting. Late game you have to look like you're trying to nail down the lynch you want to win the game.

With nancy's Ari push, that's straight up not how Ari works and she knows that.
The way people were hopping on Ari early is just way more likely to happen to town!Ari then scum!Ari.

it really isn't as simple as that.
it's weighing the reactions (which she obviously did) and finding which one is scummier, because you're putting scum in a position where they're uncomfortable.

Fun fact
if you look at the context of that specific game, you'll find that he didn't lynch scum when he preformed it and in fact scum won that game.

But regardless she knows the gambit is good and it works (as we obviously saw here)

If anything what she's not doing (and what she should be doing) is seeing how her scumpool is helping her lynch Gamma because as I said before

I think it's simple logic, really—but that's from the position of a dead town with perspective. There are two people who need to claim who targeted TChill. We know that whoever targeted TChill probably killed him. GE isn't around and is probably town, according to Ginngie. Nancy was the only one who claimed. Nancy's the only one who is sure to be scum, unless they wagon her and have her claim.

If you scumread me for my Aristophanes push Alisae then you're going to frequently misread me as town (which you do already ).

I don't think anyone actually scumread me for correct reasons this game which is a little disappointing. The closest anyone came to understanding why I was scum was MathBlade.

What's the perspective of a scum in D1 and D2?

I wasn't enjoying the game at all to be honest, so my perspective was "I don't want to be in this game I hope I get lynched please let this be over".

From a tactical perspective, day 1 I basically realized that no one was really scumhunting so I didn't have to take any stances and I just decided to ask a bunch of aimless questions until it was deadline and town could mislynch someone. Vecna scumread me so I decided to lynch him, then I changed my mind because I planned out the kills and needed to be hitting PRs each night so that it wasn't weird that I was still alive in LyLo. I didn't intend for there to be a NL and I'd almost always prefer a ML as scum but it was still a possibility I was fine with.

Day 2 I was mostly unwell and not around so there's not much to talk about and I don't even remember anything that happened tbh.

Day 3 I was just having fun and trying to make sure my team was set up for lategame.

I think I was also worried that

was getting scumread. I tried at various points to get my scumbuds to work with me in thread to go over stuff and help them get townread but activity was an issue on their end and also my end, my mental health was bad most of the game and it made me not want to play. The way I play scum personally is typically to try to be nullread because I know that I have the ability to look very town at a moment's notice, if I'm being nullread then it's a lot easier to explain me not dying. Not a particularly impressive way to play scum but it works. You hard townreading me was a little frustrating but it helped that you were a PR and had a pretty limited shelf life.
