For what is worth Shawn sent me a pm that he would be v/la some hours before you hammered him. I wasnt online though.

Not super my place to second guess mod actions, and we were in a really bad place due to the holidays,

but I think had you replaced Shawn (obviously ideally with an obvtown) we'd be in a winning position. The Jay-is-scum idea is dogshit and even if we threw our last mislynch away at Gamma (another inactive), that would then lead town to Schism/Not_Mafia.

Shawn kinda fucked us. He only got lynched for not doing shit.

I will consider this for future games. Not sure when would have been the right time to force replace someone. I prodded him 2x and he responded. We can discuss this in some other forum?

You probably did the right thing. Just supports the idea that we were fucked by the holidays and a really weak town. If he responded, you couldn't do anything about it, but I do think it was really disingenuous of him to just pop in with one-liners when prodded and not contribute outside of that. He deserved the lynch for sure. I'm not sure town deserved the loss as a result of his shitty play.

God I hope she can pull this off. If she powerlynches Gamma we're obviously fucked but if she comes to her senses on that (like realising that I was trying to locktown Gamma all D2 and Schism/N_M were discrediting that idea) we might be able to pull this off.
