Leave ico alive and let former push him, defend ico while letting him set up a mislynch. Former will either give up his scumread on ico which means his sr on you will also start to waver

If ico changed his mind after cc flip well, fight him
He has so many logic jumps and holes in his arguments you can poke at. Teacher is also sitting on his spot but he is experienced so i will advise against provoking him

I will admit im not good at considering the pr in a situation like this but all i can say is that the game isnt lost yet
