Another dead thread, another time seeing worst.

I'm just sad that this transpired. Looking back i see that i misunderstood and i was the wrong party. Whatever, i learned my lesson and thats enough about me.

I'm pretty sure they have to kill carl and push a mislynch or they lose definitely. Carl will start to turn around once he comes back and flavor isnt too hard to mislynch as he has flimay cases on two people. Smallest pushback will see him dead.

these are really solid takes imo, it's difficult af to be able to be like "RAWR this person is scum and x y z is why sheep me" but sometimes just talking through stuff like "I think skygazer is town because of post #97, their read on PenguinPower sounds like they're trying to actually read him" can make a world of difference. It prompts others who aren't sure about your alignment to reconsider whether they believe your stance on that post (whether you're town) and then prompts them to consider whether your townread is correct.

just food for thought. having stances is inherently towny, so you're absolutely right that posting more and letting people see your brain tick is a good way to be townread. (even if you aren't sure how to approach a lot of things; there's no harm in approaching what you can and asking other people for their thoughts on things. sometimes you can use experienced players to check intuition).

let me know if I'm making any sense and/or you'd like to chat about any stuff. you should revisit your posts after the game, and see what you were right or wrong about.

we're nearly all kinda scummy when we're new, my first game onsite I was vt and was hilariously scummy

Ico's gamestate read kinda doesn't...really check boxes imo....former is kinda obvtown and is actually cleared :c

Its still obvious that ico is town though even if he isnt helping town directly there is intent of it
A player that old should be able to make that association

yeah I was thinking a couple of days ago about how depressing it would be if they spent all these pages talking then policy lynched ico. If I was in the game I swear he and Mr. Fishy would be my strongest townreads.

I feel bad for ico
The entire game he is put down for not helping even though no one pointed him in the right direction
Cyrus is also starting to get annoying it was bearable and sometimes funny for a while but now its just irritating to read him stumble his words while still trying to attack ico
I dont think he ever had an original read this entire game he reverts his reads the moment me/fish/carl say the opposite and i guess thats why his pushes are so out of focus and a keyboard suicide pact

I do kinda wish someone other than Ico would take the reins on being original for a bit / people would reevaluate Ico

issue with a game this long is v v v few people are gonna do big rereads. teacher ISO diving Fishy was really impressive.
