Graduated spare process.

After day 4, New Home is reached. Voting the spare option is lost. The town is awarded a Peace bonus that gets stronger the more players have been spared. Then the spared players are Returned to the game. Then afterwards there is a Reckoning if a mafia was spared. There is no night 4.
Peace bonuses:
1 players spared: The spared player receives bulletproof and lynchproof.
2 players spared: All players in the game become lover pairs for day 5. The spared players choose the lover pairings (seniority breaks ties).
3 players spared: All spared players become double voters.
4 players spared: The moderator reveals the number (but not the identity) of spared mafia players. The town gets to spare an additional player and grant that player bulletproof. All unspared players are removed from the game without flipping. Then all players become Beloved Princesses (
Town will only have one last lynch
).
Return:
In all cases, all spared players are returned to the game thread.
Reckoning:
If any spared player was mafia, the mafia performs kills until the number of mafia is exactly one less than the number of townies. The mafia may skip any or all of these kills.

expected play is to make a pairing with very high scum equity and lynch it so 8+9 dies, scum shoots 1, lylo is

Scum wins with a 6 but that's ok I guess.

Scum does lose with a 5 but like, it's not that bad. There's so much scumsided dynamic here, with the option to nokill and such.

If #5 is scum, #5 can shoot 1 and 3 to make a 1-out-of-four LyLo, meaning a win if 7, 8, or 9, is also scum.

Sparing 1 actually has a weaker RCV of being an RCV 7 win, but sparing 1 can bring a strong player to endgame.

When core is reached, there is a bonus, then the spared players are returned to the game, then the mafia remove two players from the game without flipping them
Spare 0: The mafia are unable to remove the players from the game.
Spare 1: The spared player cannot be removed from the game.
Spare 2:
Spare 3: If no mafia was spared, the mafia must select a Mafiosi as one of the removals
Spare 4: If no mafia was spared, town wins. Otherwise, town spares a player, and that player kills another player as s/he is spared. Then the spared players gain removal immunity and Beloved Princess.

Spare 0: The Reckoning will be skipped.
Spare 1: The spared player cannot be targeted by the Reckoning.
Spare 2: Each spared player, in order of seniority, names another player in the game in the spared PT. That player is bulletproof during the Reckoning.
Spare 3: If no mafia was spared, the mafia must select a Mafiosi as one of the kills, but this kill can be janitored to flip as Vanilla town or any power role.
Spare 4: If no mafia was spared, town wins. Otherwise, town spares a player, that player receives bulletproof, all unspared players are removed from the game without flipping and all spared players gain Beloved Princess.
