We talked a bit about it at the end of SH in Mish Mash, both the seat order and the deck shuffles ended up being RNG'd in Liberals' favour
Which makes it more luck based than actually skill based
since 1 and 5 were lib we kinda just forced that the whole game even tho in general Libs were kinda yelling at eachother the whole time and not sure if we really should've won
I think the two main ideas for ~balance~ were either give the Fascists some kinda limited communication, or let them determine the seat orders pre-game
Maybe there's been more I don't remember atm

Luca scum = they deserve the win, or rather town really fucked up with their quickhammers and emps being town.
Emps scum = doesn't deserve the win at all.
