So: lazy way is we do nothing. Wait for town to settle and reassess what the correct play is when they do. I think this is the worst strategy.

Intended way is that you speed duel QC next day saying that he's been obviously scum and you're not letting anyone else get lynched. Most of the game thinks he's scum here and he's not going to be much resistance and your train of thought in thread lines up for it. If town turns on you (unlikely), I make sure I'm at the forefront of it and get townread for it. If not, I continue looking like QCs buddy to get people to vote him. We win in 5 way ideally.

The very spicy way: you play the hero townie and duel me at the start of the next day phase. Claim that you're more sure that I'm scum than QC because I might be white knighting him to set him up for today despite thinking we're both scum. This works significantly better if you win and get me lynched but I can underplay in ways people won't notice and help you look town. After lynching me you posture a bunch about how you don't think I played that well and your generation was better, then you lynch QC->GL/Dann who already SR each other. We play for 3 way.

So yeah I do think it's optimal for you to speed duel either way but if you think that's tremendously obviously uncharacteristic for you then we can just sit tight and see what happens.

(also notably either strategy with you speed duelling puts a lot of pressure on you but I don't think I should duel because the most likely duel for anyone else to make is against QC)

I think it is a little uncharacteristic but ive been gone long enough that no one here knows it, plus the length of time alone is enough to play that off.

I tend to be serious as town too. But I have to emulate that as scum still even though I’m more trolly as scum.

And honestly yes I am interested in most efficient path to endgame. I want a win, for sure, but I’m slightly over gamed. I wouldn’t sacrifice a win for efficiency, though.

Part of the consequence of having been like super good scum player for the past five years is that just winning games does nothing for me anymore because like... I roll scum in a game and I kinda already know I'm gonna win.

I’m enjoying having a partner who can be invested in fun plays. I don’t think I’ve ever been lucky enough to have a scum partner like that before tbh.

I think it will be a long somewhat grindy day phase where no one votes for a while, you win through attrition eventually and the next 2 phases are basically instant
