Yeah that does seem like an unnecessary added justification. Like it could come from a scumindset of I need to explain my behavior so it doesn't seem suspect, but it seems pretty random tbh. Look, in a 9 player game, any player at random has a 22 percent chance of being scum. I dont know that D1 elim rates of scum are that high. So town make mistakes. Alot. Our goal as scum is to capitalize on that. Dont worry about being on a wagon for someone thats playing in a way that you would think is scum. The primary thing that I look for are people that hedge or fencesit alot. 4. For townreads, I like to look at the emotion and thought shown in their posting. If someone is showing genuine emotions in their posting and/or putting well reasoned thinking into their posts, they are likely town.
