yeah, that was my thinking. i realized last night that tracker's role pm *and* result pm say "who the player targeted", not "who they visited" (so by the letter, a tracker would see a roleblocked action, or an action failed because of the complex modifier), but i will go by the spirit of "tracker see where person go, action did not happen if blocked, therefore person not go anywhere"
