Hello all! First of all [vote]shelly[/vote] stop rolling scum thx.
To help give interesting content for early RVS I've decided to play some unmodified Sim City 4. I remember reading somewhere that the developers at Maxis intentionally built Sim City 4 to be easily modded but I don't know anything about moddinf Sim City 4 so I'm just not going to play it that way (and also I'm bad at Sim City).
Here's a basic little setup I made:

I named the city GeorgeBailey for obvious reasons.
There is someone missing dearly from the plist so I'm going to have to just include him in my city.

The city grew for a while but also I'm bad at sim city and have no clue what I'm doing so basically it caught on fire and then things went downhill from there...
