Well Gamma subbed into the Epilogue dance with me, and Ydrasse was there the whole time. I was a lady that game and held off until 3rd to last (although there were more gents in that game.) I don't think I can sell an early pairing anyway, I'm gonna hem and haw.

Do what you need to do to get Kanna to townread you of course.

I think me accepting right away would make me look scummy to Ydrasse at least, so I'll debate any proposal for a while before accepting unless it's at the very end.

Using this thread to vent for a moment, not really game related.

Kanna's comment really hit an emotional nerve with me. Not in a scum guilt way, but in like it shut me down and now I just feel... I don't know. Town or scum I'd be shut down by that, and

is the stress of scum: I feel like as town I'd just sulk, and probably get a scumread for it. But as scum, if I want to win, I need to push those emotions down because my real emotions are scummy and faking not being bothered is townier. Even though this is NAI. It just really plays into my personal insecurities. A LOT

And I know that's an overreaction but I swear every game I just feel like such an outsider and like I can't fit in.

I think bussing in pre-dance is pretty bad here unless you can get a

lot

of towncred for it, btw. Felt like it worked out pretty badly for the scumteam in Epilogue, like worse than average because of the dynamics of partner leaving, you don't always need a majority.

Part of what bugs me about last night, other than it just being a shot right in the heart of my own emotional baggage, is I've been on a run of goofing around a bit more lately, like Epilogue and Trust Fall, but if this gets to be like something people decide is a real scumtell for me it's like I'm not allowed to have fun.

And people's perception doesn't really need to have anything to do with reality.

On that note, here's an image I made for Trust Fall in case Pooky and Hectic paired in that early game part just after Pooky declared himself my dad. It never got used, and didn't feel appropriate in the argument that was the Trust Fall endgame, but
