Site chat not working on mobile

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I’m on ios 11 and cant open site chat on phone

I have chat turned on, requested desktop site, and can see the lobby and site chat yet can’t click it to open it

Bins reported the same issue to me a few days ago. Once I get my hands on an iPhone I'll figure out what is wrong.
