surely someone should or would have picked up the fact that at least one out of three of mathdino's scumreads were correct. someone should have picked up he was actively solving, or perhaps, his tone and large ability in trying to get the town to stop lurking. perhaps the wagon composition being absolutely shit or anything equal to it. the wagon having built on napoleon also being completely organic and showing somewhat that math believed his reads. perhaps his tone in general.

idk, there was a lot to talk about with mathdino, and it feels everyone went the lazy route with him. i think there's a lot less blame to be attributed to someone when their wagon is pushed by scum and by townies who refuse to look into a deeper picture that goes past surface level reads.

it happens. sometimes players just need to take a step back and say "whoa, hold on a second, this doesn't feel right." your wagon obviously wasn't natural and was chaotically construed. inactivity was a large killer of this, i think, but i think that surface level explanations of why you could be scum perhaps might delve into that, too. i think you might have been a little too reactive at the same time towards players. as a good thing, it helped you develop your reads, but it made you come across as a pressured wolf at times. idk, like i said, you might get that one game where you get mislynched when you feel your obv villa.

it doesn't matter how right you are
you're not flexible enough in your presentation
no your audience
presentation means very little if town don't actively decide to search for these conclusions themselves. the thinking was very linear and one dimensional, displaying almost a bit of a mob mentality by townies. definitely the reactive play hurt along with the way he came across as he spilt his guts, but it certainly does matter how right you are if town doesn't even consider it. as town, i think you should constantly be reevaluating.

having short posts, so you can't be misrepresented is silly lol. you should always make posts that you know you can explain the thought process behind logically, emotionally, and anything in between. any post that puts you at a disadvantage shouldn't be made, short or not.

on that note, calling interactions garbage is far from scummy lol.

it's very likely there exists a set of words/a presentation where town considers it and may even sheep it at some point.
that's like saying wars could be avoided with a google slides powerpoint in which every leader attends.

it's possible, but sometimes it's harder to do so when townies are locked in a specific mindset. everyone has had times where you've tried everything to get your scumread pushed for it not to happen. it is the one pushing the scumread who the burden of proof falls on, but it also on town to cooperate and keep strong and evaluate every decision and action within the thread.

could the presentation been better? yeah. could town have tried looking like level 3 into mathdino and his reads? also yeah. in a mafia sweep, it's very likely the fault of everyone involved :p
