each day, each living player will have access to one kill, and the day will end when no one has a kill remaining.

If everyone has a kill and the day doesnt end until all shots are used.... how is there a day 2? Will some people have other abilities?

That would leave you with XYZZY as the last 5.

Here is whats going to happen. Everyone in the game is going to look at the player list and think: Is that guy going to shoot me? If the answer is yes, they are going to shoot them first.
