So a Pikachu... it's quite a common item actually, most players have one or more, it seems like it's definitely an item that everyone should have in their inventory. You won't know what you're missing out on.
Umm.. this Pikachu can be traded with for either characters or rules. So if you're running short on characters, bidding rules is also a reasonable option to fill up your character slots.
