Ok, so in regards to this line of thinking. I actually initially typed out that I liked this line of thinking and it made sense to me (it's in line with the suggestion to maybe hedge I said earlier). But realistically, if we assume srceen is town, I'm still not convinced that wagon even needed that much of a scum presence at all to get through. I actually think it's pretty likely that the majority of the scum-team was not even on the wagon, which makes this look even worse for Creature.

There are a multitude of problems with meta. Recency bias. Confirmation bias. Misremembering. Unless we are talking about someone doing a bottoms-up look-through of a significant sample of games and showing that this is, in fact, how someone acts as Y and definitively does not act as X, I'm not interested.

As we know, eyewitness accounts are notoriously unreliable. Same applies here. I'm going to trust my reads and gut over someone's off-hand memory of something.

You're attempting to frame this as opportunistic, but I flipped my view on him and jumped on after other people were jumping off. If I'm trying to be opportunistic, I'm doing it poorly.

I believe Creature presenting his list for lynch options today was scum-motivated. Says things like 869 but is doing actual nothing to solve the game. Post like 769 show an attempt to look town by criticizing a play after the fact.

Never even voted for 3 himself.

734 is yet another similar example of this.

There is a pattern in this game of Creature commenting on things so he can look good without actually

doing

anything. These actions are scum-motivated. Town makes comments because they want to catch scum. Creature's post history reflects someone who is making comments because he wants to get towncred.

tons of people have anti-town playstyles for tons of reasons
if we ignore meta and just lynch people based on their actions in a single game we will never lynch scum

you have to account for a player's playstyle and get into their head and consider whether, based on how they usually act and how their personality is like, would do something as town or scum
just pointing at actions and calling them scummy without doing the above is scratching the surface
