I propose using the Heal/Hurt tags for unofficial voting. Heal for a positive vote, hurt for someone you'd veto.

I will not guarantee that I'll abide by the group's decision if I disagree with it, but unless there is a big problem with it, I'll go with the group.

Well, brass, the worst hasn’t posted yet, while TGP, Iconeum, and Brie haven’t posted anything meaningful aside from setup questions and apologies for not being here.

I’d say it’s fair to call this the players’ fault.

Maybe a mass prod by PM?

Honestly tw I almost sab'd the first mission last time. A point is a point, and trying to frame Eddie/Ali would have been an interesting strat.

I kinda think testing people here is beneficial. Iconeum wants to be seen as Town, put us at 2 points.

Alternatively, I think Brie, you, and I is a townpoint every time

I could endorse TGP's idea of him, TW, and Iconeum. I think it's a sabotage, but then we'd know that {TGP, Iconeum} contains a scum. That'll help.

The plan was this:

+BuJaber is a top scumread
+BuJaber thinks scum should always sabotage
+I take BuJaber with me
+BuJaber sabotages
+I insist that BuJaber and myself be quarantined for as long as possible while the other scum is identified

But you got signaled very strongly by Iconeum that there was a trap, and so passed the mission.

So instead we get a Townpoint. Win-win for Town.

As for TGP/Icon/TW, TW is solid locktown. It's a pretty strong meta-read. Hell, ideally I'd like to send TW, myself, and Iconeum so if there's a sabotage we know exactly who did it.

But I'll take the information that {TGP, Iconeum} contains a scum, that's useful too.

Or a Townpoint. Those are *always* good.

TW/Pine/BuJaber is fine, but a sabotage there means we have no insight into Brie/TGP/Icon going into D3. I'd rather get SOME information on them.

Right now, information is a lot more important than another Townpoint.

Two townpoints don't do us any good if we can't get a third point in the mid- to late-game.

Bright orange. I also like duckling yellow and royal blue.

It also bears mention that I am somewhat colorblind. None of the common variants though, like red-green. I have weird eyes that can't tell gradations of similar colors apart. Purple in particular blends in with dark reds and blues, browns with greys and blacks, etc. It's really only the bright, vivid colors which aren't affected.

Prodded.

Why is this still in Day.

The current team is a go. Iconeum has twice now given assent, despite not using the damn tags correctly.

I'm not convinced that TGP is scum. I still think it's BuJ and Iconeum.

TGP, I'd support a team of {Brie, TW, TGP, Pine}. Anything else gets vetoed.

Hmmm. Okay. BuJ/Iconeum was wrong.

I'm inclined to think TGP, but I'll closeread people.

Okay. So duckling and TGP were the players on both failed missions. I think...I think we exclude both of them and exclude BuJaber.

Pine, Brie, Iconeum.

Then we figure out who the Town is in the other half.

Well actually we need to pick all of the Town. We need two points, and the D5 mission is a four-person mission.

I will veto any mission which includes BuJaber. And probably anything TGP suggests.

Okay. I think we put all our eggs in one basket.

I’m ready to bet the game on Brie and TW being Town.

I volunteer to be left behind for this mission.

The question is Iconeum.

Well, scum!TGP chose the team as he did because there was a threat of veto if he did anything else. Plus he had scum on the team, so why object?

I am doubling down on my intention to veto any team involving BuJ. Do you guys not see how a complete lack of anyone prepared to oppose him (other than myself) practically screams that he is scum? If he were town, the easy path of least resistance would be to continue to oppose having him on the team. That would virtually guarantee a scum win. The lack of this sort of resistance is essentially a guarantee that he is scum.

Ah fuck it.

You people are absolutely intent on betting the game on BuJ!Town. Fine. That's the way it's gotta be. But from my perspective, the only way the current team doesn't make us lose is if TW is scum. I don't buy that.

[harm]Team[/harm]

Gotta go with my own reads here. I don't get bullied into just passing people I think are scum.

Disagreeing with you does not a scum make.

Consider, a scum can afford a Townpoint if it gets them into the final mission. I have a strong SR, I cannot afford a scumpoint. I'm voting my reads and my conscience.

Yeah if there were scum on this team, it would have been hammered by now.

Notice that TW has been around and active, but has failed to approve.

Balderdash

The only person no one suspected. Nice, Brie.

TGP you did swell too, ofc. You got sent twice.

Gotta say, if it had been anyone else I'd have been salty, for having suspected them and not zeroed in. Brie was ninja tho.

Nah. Sneaky, but she didn't really have the opportunity for some high-class manipulations. I'd say that if she keeps this up she might be in line for Rising Star, but her join date complicates that.
