Seems to me there are a high number of gun owners, particularly white, who own guns because it makes them feel safe from "the other", be it minorities, the "deep-state", etc. and they feel that owning a gun makes them important and relevant. They carry the gun looking for problems they can solve with their gun to make them important and relevant.
This isn't inherently a problem with the people as they are just a symptom. There's something wrong with our society where we churn out millions of people that are essentially cogs in a capitalist system that makes us cattle for the ultra-rich. We exist to keep the system going. All resistance - left and right - is a response to that.Only playing in games at personal moderator and/or 50%+ playerlist request.
